GASTRONOMY AND MUSIC AT THE PREMIERE OF "THE MENU" IN THE OFF WEEK

The MENU premieres as a new concept where gastronomy will merge with music. There will be several guest artists during the two days, on Thursday 16th with the Ukrainian Spartaque and on Friday 17th with the Italian Marco Faraone. Both will bring us to the Ocean Drive Barcelona hotel some of the typical dishes of their country. 
 
Spartaque has chosen for his "menu of the day" a Ukrainian salad with mayonnaise foam, tuna belly, lumpfish roe and beetroot salt. The menu will be completed with an OD starter, dessert and drink. On this day, donations can also be made to different NGOs in aid of the Ukrainian people. 
 
On Friday it will be Marco Faraone's turn. The Italian chef has chosen one of the main dishes of the transalpine country, pasta. On this day, the protagonist of the menu will be: Pasta with "Salsiccia and mushrooms". 
 
Every day from 12:00h, the public that will fill the city of Barcelona during this week, will be able to recharge their batteries in the facilities of the Hotel OD with the dishes selected by the artists. In addition, the event will serve as a networking space and open offices of some of the main media in our country.
 
Radio Balearica will be present during the two days of the event, Thursday 16th and Friday 17th from 12:00h with sessions by: Miguel Garji, Jordi Carreras, Susana Lee, Hosse, Marian Ariss, Nesta and Martin Arroñada.

The magazines Dj Mag and Mixmag Spain and Fiesta&Bullshit will conduct different interviews from the different spaces of the hotel and will stream the main sessions of the invited djs.
 
Admission is free and the menus of the day will be priced at 19€. Music and gastronomy united in the premiere of "the MENU" in Barcelona 2022.
