Mar Mía, the new restaurant in Ocean Drive Madrid

From the union of the three restaurateurs and Ocean Drive Madrid comes Mar Mía, a format that will combine the hallmarks of the restaurants of Bosch, Zafra and Rodríguez, establishing the Mediterranean as the axis and the ember as one of the features of the proposal.

The resulting concept will be "a kind of urban beach bar, with the subtitle of 'Mediterranean embers', set out in various spaces or "scenarios" dedicated to "the best of each house": lobby with cocktail bar and 'afterwork' area; restaurant with 'show cooking' in the Estimar style, tapas bar in the line of Manero and a rice bar with Casa Elías rice dishes.
