OD Hotels uses the website www.od-hotels.com to make information and personnel services related to our hotels available, such as online reservations of rooms and additional services, customer services and labour market services, seeking to improve the business relationship we have with our customers and the efficient management of the requests they make.
The use of the website and/or its services implies the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity that it implies, of each and every one of the General Conditions set out in these rules of use. Reservations for OD Hotels hotels are managed by Neobookings S. L. with which OD Hotels has signed the corresponding service provision contract. The confidentiality of the data is fully guaranteed, both with regard to personal data and credit card information to guarantee the reservation. Similarly, the client who makes a reservation is informed that their personal data and reservation information will be communicated to those companies that have to intervene in the reservation and/or travel process and to the destination hotel, regardless of the country in which said companies may be located, with the resulting possibility of international data transfer, all for the sole purpose of managing the reservation and guaranteeing correct execution. OD Hotels undertakes to treat your personal data confidentially, to use them only for the purposes indicated and to collect and maintain them on servers located in the European data protection area or in countries with equivalent legislation in accordance with the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Any sensitive information submitted, including your credit card number, will be encrypted via SSL protocol and protected from third parties.

3.3 Data Protection
OD Hotels guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, of any kind, provided to us by our clients, whether they are typical users or those who use the job market services.
All information provided by our clients to OD Hotels, or its employees, will be included in our databases managed under the responsibility of Ocean & Ryans Management S.L., a company that operates in the market under the OD Hotels brand and manages this website.
The main purpose of this database is to maintain business relations with our customers arising from the provision of hotel and hospitality services, to carry out statistical studies and, if you authorise it, to send advertising relating to the products and services marketed. The processing is lawful on the basis of at least one of the following conditions:

- (b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party;

U.) for the same purposes as indicated in the previous paragraph. If you are an applicant for one of the jobs offered through the website and having received your CV by electronic means, and in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection and the current Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that your personal data, including your email address, will become part of our database whose purpose is the selection of personnel for our services. If you are not selected, your data will be kept for a reasonable period of time, never more than one year unless you indicate otherwise, in case a vacancy arises. 11. Applicable Jurisdiction
The OD Hotels website is governed by Spanish law, and in order to resolve any dispute that may arise with users regarding the conditions of use and any other claim related to the contents and services of the website, these disputes shall be submitted to the Judges and Courts of Ibiza, and shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, with the parties expressly waiving their own or any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
