The company has cultivated a diverse portfolio that spans from its real estate division with A:B:C and The White Angel, to hotel sector brands with a segmented portfolio by audiences and profiles through OD Hotels, Ryans, and Concept Hotel Group.
OD Group began its journey in the hotel sector in 2006 with the acquisition of its first hotel, Ocean Drive Ibiza, located on the front line of the Marina Botafoch sports harbor in Ibiza, and Agroturismo Can Jaume by Ocean Drive, on the outskirts of Ibiza city. In 2014, Ocean Drive Port Portals was inaugurated in Mallorca, followed by Ocean Drive Talamanca in the summer of 2016.
In July 2017, OD Hotels first expanded to the mainland, opening Ocean Drive Barcelona, a 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of the luxurious Eixample area. In February 2022, and this time in the capital with an unbeatable location at Plaza de Isabel II, next to the Teatro Real, Ocean Drive Madrid was opened.
In 2023, the iconic Hotel España with Fonda España, a Michelin-starred restaurant and renowned Chef Martín Berasategui, was added to the portfolio.In 2012, OD Group created its real estate division, incorporating its know-how into the real estate market and innovating by creating a mixed approach between residential and hotel, residential with hotel facilities. Over these 12 years, our promotions in Ibiza, Barcelona, Andorra, Baqueira, London, Salou have been awarded for their environmental management and disruptive concept. The White Angel and A:B:C are some of the brands created from this perspective.
In 2014, OD Group created Ocean Almond, one of the leading companies at the national level in intensive almond cultivation thanks to its agronomic model that allows it to cultivate and obtain high yields, guaranteeing excellent quality and traceability of the product.
Finally, in 2022, Concept Hotel Group was added to the hotel portfolio. An independent brand of conceptual hotels in Ibiza with 8 boutique hotels facing the sea.
To this day, the group stands out for its creativity, innovation, and fresh approach in any business vertical in which it operates.
